Private Dining Room
The Private room is beautifully designed with space and glamour in mind, taking inspiration from the building itself. The unique space is perfectly suited for events of up to 50 people; such as corporate breakfast meetings, executive lunch meetings, lavish celebratory dinners, or product launches.
The Menu in the Private Dining Room has been exclusively designed by Robin Gill, head chef of Sauterelle, the French fine dining restaurant within the Royal Exchange. It has been designed with entertaining in mind and allows for a choice on the day between 3 options per course.
Mezzanine Lounge
For canapé parties from 40 to 200 guests, the Mezzanine Lounge is available for exclusive hire and boasts stunning views of the Grand Café. The Mezzanine Lounge is also available for smaller groups of 10-30 guests. Should you require us to, we are happy to manage your event and are able to arrange audio, lighting, flowers and customise any of your needs.
Grand Café Events
Enjoy the openness of the Royal Exchange courtyard whilst being protected from the elements under the vaulted glass atrium. This area can stand up to 450 guests for a canapé reception and is available Monday to Friday from 6.30 pm.
Exclusive Hire
For larger events or events that need to be private, the entire venue can host up to 1000 guests standing or 350 for a seated dinner. A popular choice for weddings, networking parties, fashion shows, gala dinners and filming opportunities.
Restaurant Sauterelle
In the east wing of the Royal Exchange, located on a mezzanine level, is our renowned fine dining French restaurant which is also available for private hire. This space boasts the same magnificent views as the Private Room but can seat up to 50 guests. For dinners of 60-100 guests, the Mezzanine Lounge could also be utilised with food provided by the talented chefs of Sauterelle.
