![]() The Royal Exchange Grand Café's head chef Robin Tarver brings his passion and enthusiasm of cooking with seasonal ingredients to create simple, tasty, skilful and well balanced dishes. Robin's repertoire combines old Café favourites together with a selection of his own; perhaps a Royal Exchange fish and chips, lobster and avocado on brioche roll, spicy shellfish broth to name but a few. Reservations are now being taken for breakfast in the splendid surroundings of the Grand Café between 8 and 11 am and for lunch on the Mezzanine Lounge from 12 till 3pm.
